Biography
Singer/songwriter Staci Frenes is an artist whose music connects with a wide and varied audience, whose songs dig deep into the stuff of life and faith.
Staci's talent has led her into many opportunities to share her music on a national level. She has recorded five releases on self-owned Longshot Records, and her brand new CD, Meteor Shower, is her most artistically defining and ambitious project to date.
Radio and television have been favorable to Staci's previous album, Nothing Short of Amazing, and its two singles; major networks CBS, NBC and the WB have all used songs from this and Staci's previous releases.
Staci continues to write for mainstream film, TV and other artists under her own publishing company, Stone's Throw Music.
Staci performs around the country, both solo and with a band, in coffeehouses, churches and festivals. Her style has been compared with Sheryl Crow and Aimee Mann.
In addition to her work as an artist and songwriter, Staci has joined forces with international relief and development organization World Vision and welcomes any opportunity to share this vision and ministry that has such a resounding eternal value.
