Biography
Naomi Less (Jewish Chicks Rock) amplifies empowerment and positive self-esteem messages to both girls and co-ed audiences in her music. Community-oriented venues love to use her music to build tolerance and spirit.

Her roots are rock, but she was classically trained in voice at Northwestern University.  Eager to meld passion for education with music, Naomi secured producer, songwriter and drummer, Glenn Grossman (www.myspace.com/glenngrossman) to build an album and band dedicated to breaking gender stereotypes and putting music out that does not portray women as sexual objects, like much of pop music today.

Her strong character and unique voice make her message more powerful which is to be who you are, without apologies. Her major music role models are P!NK, Mary J, Alicia Keys and the Indigo Girls.

Naomi, a songwriter, ritual music artist and song leader in the Jewish community, and solo performer for 14 years, recorded two albums with her former band, Less Nessman (www.lessnessman.com). She, with co-writer and producer Glenn Grossman, has now launched a project called Jewish Chicks Rock to empower more young, Jewish girls to pick up instruments and express themselves through rock music.
