Biography
"You rocked the joint! You're really coming into your own" - John Platt - Host of WFUV's Sunday Breakfast & On Your Radar concert series.

"You are so awesome - as a musician and a person.  It was great to have you in the studio.  Your story and motivation are inspiring to me.  Thanks so much for making the WHUD airwaves sound amazing with your music!" - Catherine Michaels - Host of Night Rhythms on WHUD.

Long Island-based Joe Iadanza is a storyteller and a sophisticated folkie with a strikingly unusual tenor voice and a growing repertoire of smart, witty, warm, and stick-in-your-ear hummable songs.    His debut release, Traveling Salesman, is a heart-opening album that spans the genres of folk, rock, roots and Americana. It features original songs by Iadanza, and is imbued with what critics have called a “Gatsby-ish” and “distinctly European” jazz feel.  With his generous spirit and skilled performances, both solo and with His Beautiful Band, Joe quickly forms a bond with an audience.  He is currently working on his follow-up release with producer Evan Brubaker, and kicks off his first European tour in April of 2010.
