Artist Information Biography VulpesVulpes is distinguished by their simple melodies laden with an emotional tangle of vocals. Their sound is both classic and sexy, drawing on influences from traditional orchestras to hip-hop and soul. Songs like "So Bad" and "Inevitable Instances" exude a musical maturity reminiscent of 1960s soul, while other tracks, such as "Playing With Fire" and "Obsession" display lead singer Tanya Lam's signature vocals intertwining with haunting and graceful violin lines provided by Megan Faye. Since their explosive entrance to the New York scene in 2008 VulpesVulpes has been attracting a loyal and growing fan base playing several New York City and Long Island clubs as well as radio shows and showcases in Florida, Northern Virginia and Pennsylvania. VulpesVulpes has secured a residency with the Time Out New York Lounge. The group has also been invited to perform at NYU's upcoming Rhythm Runway Fashion Show.
