Artist Information Biography Family lore has it they sang before they talked. Mizzy and Casey Wiggins are an acoustic folk and roots rock duo known for their powerful voices and rich sibling harmonies. The Wiggins Sisters can belt the blues or sing quiet Appalachian-style harmonies with equal confidence. Mizzy spent time in Austin and Casey in LA before coming together in 1995. They have earned numerous songwriting awards from Boston to Austin and have gained a following across the Atlantic as well. Their self-produced debut CD came out in 1995. Their second CD “Minnesota” was produced by Lloyd Maines (of Dixie Chicks fame) in Austin, TX with some of the finest musicians that town has to offer. ‘Minnesota’ received rave reviews. The Wiggins Sisters are currently working on a new CD due out in Aug 2008.
