Biography
For the last seven years Jennifer Lynn Smith’s haunting vocals and rhythmic guitar have served to deliver her message of hope to local Kansas City listeners. When performing with award winning mandolinist Josh Hungate, bass virtuoso Dylan Reiter, and expert hand drummer Alex Smith, this singer/songwriter’s music comes to life.
Together they create a unique blend of Contemporary Folk and World Beat Celtic/Bluegrass. Their influences include Nickel Creek, Madison Greene, Norah Jones, Jennifer Knapp, Eden's Bridge, and Waterdeep.
