NATASHA JAMES WON FOR 19th ANNUAL LOS ANGELES MUSIC AWARDS: "Country Album of the Year," for TEQUILA TIME. Awards show at The Avalon, Hollywood, Nov 12th. Currently at P1 radio, TEQUILA TIME is now:

Natasha James' started playing and singing out at 14 on the folk and blues circuits. Later moving to Europe, a steady gig upstairs at Ronnie Scott's (London)...at 20, she co-wrote with Jeff Hunter, bringing her back to LA for more...the 80's found her in NYC with her band Good 'n Dusty, they had a couple of videos out and write ups (Show Business), and Natasha was writing for Emergency Records, and working also as a costume designer (TV pilot: America).
Then, she moved to Sonoma, Calif to raise her children, playing casuals, but basically taking time out for her family. Back in the saddle with a record deal in 2003, she started recording and writing and playing again. The Restless Kind went to #10 on the ACQB charts June 2008 and is still in the top 100 after 9 months...!!! 
TEQUILA TIME, released April 21st, 2009, on Highway One Records. Engineered by Ronnie Rivera (Lisa Marie Presley) and mastered by Gavin Lurssen, 3x GRAMMY winner (Allison Krauss/Robert Plant, "Raising Sand," "Oh Brother, Where Art Thou").charted immediately, #20 national (RMR), #19 state (RMR) and #23 international (FFAR). Now at P1 radio, charting in 5 formats (see New Music Weekly, STS) Distributed by City Hall Records, US & Canada; global distribution by IODA. Available in most retail stores and online.
