Biography
Vengeance was born in the spring of 1998 in Kalispell, MT.  A three piece band playing mostly cover songs with a few originals.  After a couple of rough years struggling through the local, dare we call it, "music scene"... the band soon decided that nothing was ever going to happen within the small town of Kalispell.  After transitioning through several different members, the band learned that they must overcome the lack of dedicated local musicians.  They set out to record their first album and start playing shows outside of Montana.  While recording their debut album "Sheltered", Vengeance suffered a major line up change.  With the band in ashes, Travis set out to finish the album and put the band back together.  After Mat joined in September 2003, they put together a new song called "Feel" that would take Vengeance in a new direction.  Once they got a drummer together, they played some shows in Spokane, WA and drove all the way down to L.A. to try out for the "Battle For Ozzfest".  In the summer of 2005, they decided to record their second album entitled "Strength Through Solitude".  Soon after it's release, Dave completed Vengeance with not only his style of drumming but his drive and dedication to the band.  Recently, the band had two songs featured on an underground compilation album that was released nationwide in May of 2006.  More writing and recording led to the release of the third album in June 2008.  Vengeance continues to push themselves creatively with visions of bringing their music to the masses.  Most recently, Vengeance has been involved with Project Independent where they ranked 12th in the Nation out of over 3,000 bands.  The "Brutal Awakening Tour" will take Vengeance 3,340 miles across 7 states where they will play 13 shows in 17 days in Oct. 2009!  This is only the beginning...
