Biography
The crossover mock 'n roll meltdown that is PINK STEEL co-mingles gay culture and heavy metal bluster with punch-line songwriting and outlandish performance--giving the audience front row seats to a stadium-style rock show unlike any other.

Their new album, the party-metal opus OUT AT THE DEVIL, is jam-packed with 80s metal thunder and inspired bitchiness.

Released August 25, 2007 (Rob Halford's birthday), OUT AT THE DEVIL reaffirms PINK STEEL's status as the true leaders of Gay Heavy Metal At Its Hardest.  OUT AT THE DEVIL was produced by Pete Kohl (Princess Superstar, Double Dong & Wyld Lyxx) and Mastered by Steve Fallone (Scorpions, Rainbow, TV On The Radio).

Hailed by fans as "The Pink and Black Bareback Attack," The ersatz German trio take heavy metal's bluster and spandex, reverse the gender preference, and turn it into standing ovations at theater stages and rock venues alike.

In 1983, Udo Von DuYu met PINK STEEL vocalist Hanson Jobb in a smoky Bremen bathhouse/nightclub, where Udo was recovering after his lover left him for a cantaloupe with a hole cut in it. Hanson, who had just finished "chatting" in the back room with several Nigerian wrestlers, recognized the forlorn Von DuYu from their high school swim team. The rest--as documented in the power ballad "Two Men Enter, One Man Loves"--is Gay Heavy Metal history.
