Biography
Don McNatt has a history that touches most every form of entertainment, from Bands, to Motion Pictures, songwriting to acting. See www.donmcnatt.com. Just a few years ago now, playing in Nashville, where he hosts and produces a local television program featuring Nashville songwriters, “Writers in the Round, with Don McNatt and Friends”, Don met and quickly married talented singer / songwriter Karen McNatt. Since that time, the two of them have traveled for audiences in London, Berlin, Bermuda, Mexico, and Central America, as well as the popular songwriter venues in Nashville, and for events around the southern USA. As songwriters, the marriage has produced a good number of love songs, and this duo is loved at weddings and family events. Audiences resonate to the easy sound of these love songs, presented by a couple that sings them from the heart.
They have been well recieved at events like the Mickey Newbury Gathering in Austin, the Frank Brown International Songwriters Festival in Perdido Key, Florida. Karen has been asked to play her internet success about her son, written while he was in Iraq, with the marines, at the Parents of Marines Covention in Anaheim, CA. Don is known as a songwriter, but has a history of Rock and Roll and Rythm and Blues. Memphis was his home town, and he takes pride in the influence that Memphis has had on his style. He takes great pleasure in singing the Rythm and Blues favorites, and Rock Hits that people seem to want these days in most establishments.
Karen can also play the Pop and R &B hits, but her first love is country, and she loves the classic country hits, and great duets, like the ones from George Jones and Tammy Wynette.
They will play from Buffett to Beach Music, George Straight, to Journey. In most situations, they will play the favorites of the audience first, but their original songs are the kind that audiences will request to hear again, and those audience freindly songs are what sets this act apart.

Karen McNatt will play Keyboards,mandolin, flute and Guitar.
Both will sing lead and harmony vocals.

Don and Karen have a new release set for August, featuring songs from both partners, with the title “Don and Karen McNatt, Better Late than Never”.
There is also a new CD from Karen titled "Sweet Lovin'" This will contain several songs that are currently getting play on internet radio.
