Biography
Hailing from the small town of South Mountain, Ontario (Near Ottawa) Canada, Cory M. Coons has been writing, recording and performing music professionally for over 15 years. His sound and influences range from such distinguished popular artists like Bon Jovi, Styx, Keith Urban, Neil Young, John Mellencamp, Bryan Adams, Geddy Lee and Rik Emmett among many. He has also opened for National Canadian Artists like April Wine, Kim Mitchell, Glass Tiger, David Wilcox & Prairie Oyster. He is currently working with acclaimed New York/Toronto record producer Gary LaBarr on a new release. Whether it's with Original & Soulful acoustic melodies, or tasty, driving rock rhythms mixed with a blend of "Nostalgia" in his current Live Band, Cory M. Coons is a uniquely talented Recording Artist!
