Biography
With a unique blend of instruments and influences ranging from roots rock and blues to jazz and world music, Enchanted Ape is steadily making a name for itself in the grass roots music scene.
Since forming in 2005, the band has toured heavily throughout the Midwest, highlighted by appearances at 10,000 Lakes Festival and Milwaukee's Summerfest.
A growing legion of fans have come to support the band for many reasons, but most would agree that it all begins with the shows. Described as passionate, unpredictable and downright freaky, the band tears into its material with unbridled enthusiasm night after night.
Blistering guitar solos and soulful vocal harmonies are set against a backdrop of funk-rock beats and acoustic guitar.
Best of all, Ape shows are heavy on experimentation, so you'll never hear a song played quite the same way twice.
