In addition to touring steadily throughout New England, they have been well received by audiences in New York, London, Toronto, Philadelphia, Cincinnati, and Chicago. Fluttreffect has played by invitation at events such as NEMO, Mid-Point Music Fest, the International Music Conference, and the WBCN Rumble. They defeated over 600 bands to win the U.S. finals of the Emergenza International Music Contest in 2004, earning the chance to play for an audience of 30,000 at Taubertal Open Air Festival in Germany. Fluttreffect has shared the stage with King’s X, Rasputina, The Dresden Dolls, Juliette and the Licks, Dave Fiuczynski, Mike Dillon, Brothers Past, Kid Congo Powers, Flower Kings and Ozric Tentacles.
