Biography
Emerging out of the New England underground industrial scene comes Intricate Unit, a hard-hitting 3-piece band fronted by founding member and brainchild Ben Kopec. Reminiscent of early Nine Inch Nails, KMFDM, and Ministry, Intricate Unit blends electronic / acoustic drum beats, keyboard sequences and samples with live guitar, bass, and drums to create their own unique brand of neo-industrial rock, also known as Mechanical Rock. Based out of New Haven, CT., I.U. is taking the hard industrial scene by storm by planning many live dates and recording new material for an upcoming new release.
