Artist Information Biography Falling Sideways is in search of a drummer, a bass player, and a second guitarist/vocalist to perform in the DC Metro area. If you are interested in filling these slots, send your mail to fallingsideways@fallingsideways.com. This music is addictive and pure. Space is a key ingredient in our music. The songs breathe, yet are punchy. This music moves people, both emotionally and physically. Influences are many. Pink Floyd, Daryl Hall and John Oates, The Police, Sting, The Producers, The Doobie Brothers, and so many more. What separates our band from others is our energy level, our ability to get and keep the crowd's attention, and there's no music like ours being played out there. This band was formed specifically to get this music out to the masses. The industry is ready for this music. Also of importance, the song "It's all About You" was selected in the first round of the 2005 International Songwriting Contest. On Thursday, March 30, 2006, Falling Sideways was selected by DC Metro area radio station, DC101s Local Lix Program. Falling Sideways has been featured on the Sunday night Local Lix radio show and is in current rotation for the DC101 Sunday night Local Lix Radio Show. On June 13th, 2006, the Falling Sideways song, "Does it Seem Cold In Here" was selected as a part of Clear Vision Entertainment's "Industry Groove" mixtape CD.
