They are nationally recognized as one of today's best unsigned acts, carrying a reputation for great song writing and unrivaled live performances. A fresh new blend of rock, pop, and funk, their music is infectious and alive. From New York City to Chicago to Los Angeles, every show gets every audience out of their seats, dancing, singing, and begging for more. This is a band that is ready for the shelves today. In 2007, they performed well over 100 shows in thirteen states, all the while recording their debut full length LP: Fat City Reprise. Every time the response is the same, people can't get enough. Major FM radio stations in New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Indiana, Ohio, and California are already spinning Fat City Reprise. All year long Philadelphia's biggest rock station, 93.3 FM WMMR, has been heavily playing and promoting the band. Their song Cowgirl was featured by the station as the lead off track to their Local Shots II compilation and prominently featured in all of the station's advertisements over two quarters.
On January 24th, 2007, they began their MySpace account. In one year, it garnered over 144,000 profile hits, 157,000 song plays, and 25,200 friends. That's 13,080 song plays and 2,100 friends added each month. Daily video blogs, recorded and edited in between shows on tour, receive 400+ daily hits. Every fan wants to know what they are doing all of the time and the video blogs act like a mini-reality TV show. In fact, all of the internet statistics for the band are off the charts. Their website has well over a million hits, internet radio stations and streaming podcasts take Fat City Reprise into computers all over the world. They broadcast all of their shows on a live stream through Justin.tv so that fans can tune in no matter where they are. Every show gets a larger internet audience than the last.
Every city in the United States, as well as in their surrounding counties, already has an active Fat City Reprise Street Team. There are also active Street Teams in the United Kingdom, Australia, and all throughout Europe. These Street Teams hand out audio sampler CD's to friends and then recruit these people, creating an international promotion pyramid that is self sustaining, constantly growing, and operates 24/7.
Fat City Reprise is also one of the nation's top supporting acts. This EP has had much success, with rotation on 93.3 FM WMMR (Philly's top rock station), 94.1 WYSP FM, 1340 AM Skin Radio, and 88.5 WXPN FM. Cowgirl was released by WMMR as the lead off track to their Local Shots Volume II CD. Cowgirl also reached #1 on the UK's Top Unsiged Artist Charts.
Fat City Reprise the LP is currently finished, mixed, and mastered. It is regularly played on 93.3 FM WMMR, 88.5 WXPN, and 104.5 FM.
