Biography
The Mockingbirds are the singer/songwriter duo of Nelson Mock and Tom Watterson
Watterson was a founding member of The Rels, a local rock band that performed at SXSW, Austin Aquafest, and virtually every club in Austin, Texas.
Mock formerly fronted the folk-pop band Sofie’s Hat, which played at such Austin venues as Central Market, Ruta Maya, Room 710, and Kerby Lane.
Together, the two play original, catchy acoustic pop, featuring rich vocal harmonies and expressive guitar playing.
