Artist Information Biography Planted, watered and grown in Malton, Ontario.  Enjoyed the neverending sunlight and greenery (mostly due to the stuff that was put in the local drinking water). Time flew and so did i. Amidts the slumber and the monotone of daily life, music allowed for its discovery. Playing for up to 14 hours a day, and endlessly listening for weeks on end to such bands as Def Leppard, Poison, Ned's Atomic Dustbin, Jane's Addiction, Concrete Blonde, the Flaming Lips, Alice in Chains, Primus and U2 as well as Buddhist chants, Ravi Shankar and nature...  Playing with such bands as Pretty Ugly, Crunch, Blast Ditka and ultimately Killers Favorite Cartoon. Finding solace with others of the same distinct sounds, smells and powers, Killer's Favorite Cartoon (KFC) released a self titled EP in 1994 and soon after; during the summer of 1995, a full length CD aptly named "Te Voy a Matar". Playing an extensive array of shows including talent shows, parties, keggers, and bars (unfortunately no barmitzvahs) ultimately led to a third stage performance at Toronto's 1995 Lollapalooza. The shows continued fiercely and constantly into 1997. Amidst the turn of the millennium, i found that i was in South India for an extensive period of time (although quite unbeknownst to me) After several years, i returned to Canadian shores, though the warmer weather did have its advantages... Influences include Nikola Tesla, water, Shoegoo, rechargable batteries, the sun, origami, carpet, sine waves, snow flakes, Sathya Sai Baba, Walking, fish, wood, shellac, Harry Potter, stars, Joan of Arc, wind chimes, the ocean, paint brushes, heavy duty markers and clouds. While musically, an intake of Concrete Blonde, Green Day, Flaming Lips, U2, Lush, Sigur Ros, Brian Eno, Buddhist chants (some things never change...or maybe they do), and classical figures like Mozart and Beethoven is now being absorbed. Although the whole is greater than the sum of the parts (or something like that). Music has been my chief export of creative energies...  Music is universal. While listening to the presented music some have said that the sounds are rooted in nature; from the aquatic underworld to the forest to the desert; empty sounds echoing, layered upon each other, drifting into the distance. Dreams of what was and what will be. I love music (and things) that soothe, mystify and inspire. When asked about the similarities the here presented music may invoke, it seems best to contemplate chapter two of the Tao Te Ching, "it is because every one under Heaven recognizes beauty as beauty, that the idea of ugliness exists."
