Biography
Meade Skelton is a Singer-Songwriter from Richmond, Virginia. He grew up singing and playing the piano at an early age. Meade was influenced by all the music around him- old country and western, pop music of day, and classical and church music. Meade moved to Richmond from Loudoun county in 1998. Soon he was involved with the Floating Folk Festival in Richmond, a group of singers and songwriters. He played in various bands as a vocalist and keyboard player. Soon, he released his own music, and has since continued on the Virginia music scene. Meade is a true singer, who loves a wide variety of music. With his humor meets heartache style, Meade meshes his clear tenor voice with folk, country, pop, and christian music, gaining many fans at every live show he plays.
