Biography
Tempo Valley's roots began circa 2003, on the Windward side of Oahu, HI. It was raining hard that day in the studio and we had just finished recording our first song “Valley of the TEMPO”

an ever-evolving musical collective featuring some of Honolulu's most intriguing, up & coming sound artists. Producer Eugene "SLO" Carroll, lead vocalist "LADY PAISLEY," making way for O'ahu's finest "MC SEPH1" on vocal acrobatics are your hosts for this musical journey.
A myriad of featured instrumentalists along with Tempo Valley's male & female lead vocalists generate a soundscape that offer the sweetest morsels of down-tempo, hip-hop, spoken word, jazz, folk, dub, electronic, alternative, latin, reggae, neo-soul flavors.
With a free-form/experimental/downtempo project that became Paisley's debut, Tempo Valley album Volume II - MEMOIRS OF THE TEMPO (Decemeber 2007)
As Tempo Valley continues to evolve across musical scapes, the next chapter is a collective promise to all audible senses.
With the compliment of Latin elements to their new sound via percussionist Lindy Patterson providing parallel patterns for producer extraordinaire Kemalito Degaios (Ted de Oliveira) on the drum kits and production.
The Tempo embraces the idea that music has no boundaries. "We just want to make music that comes naturally... We are open to whatever will come out of the sound booth. We are only channels...! Sometimes it ends up being a seductive blend of purely organic and harmonious poetry." It is likely that you could find TEMPO VALLEY in some dark club/lounge setting somewhere in the red light districts, but most likely in your bedroom with the lights down low and some incense burning.
