Biography
In May '08, Southeast Performer Magazine writes: “a terrific ride through the world of blues … Nick’s handywork on lead guitar is impeccably precise, as each song spills with fervent balance … Edelstein shows his intimate side on endearing originals ‘Sign From Above’ and ‘Ripple’ … fiery energy and breathtaking guitar work, and his voice suits the blues man, with performances of liquid gold … notes flourish like a roaring freight train.”

Nick Edelstein is a Blues-Rock artist based in Atlanta, GA.  His first album, “Ripple” included saxman Will Scruggs who has recorded with Natalie Cole.  Nick’s second release, “Live In 2007” boasts a new lineup with drummer John Bell, who played for Stax Records from 1969-‘75 and has toured with Isaac Hayes, William Bell and Booker T. & The MG’s.  Also in the band is Andy Margolis (organ/vocals), Scott Brown (bass) and Nathan Heven (guitar/vocals).  Combined they boast +80 years of stage experience!!!

This Florida native started banging out tunes on the piano at age 4 and hasn't stopped since.  Believing that the answers to life are in human interaction, Nick wrote "Ripple" on this premise: How do the people we meet throughout our lives affect who we are?  The LP's title track sets the ground rules, reminding listeners to "chisel your niche / and you'll find the fish are finding you."  Each song that follows paints the portrait of a different scenario, each interlocking.  Nick's second album, "Live In 2007" has received acclaim from regional press critics and many Industry voices.  Showcasing Nick's catchy hooks and rocking grooves, "Live" is the focus of his 2008 tour.  Based out of Atlanta, GA, Nick has performed in 19 US States and continues to promote education.  He is endorsed by First Act Guitars and KOA.
