Biography
Ryan Cotner (RC) knows his way around a cattle barn, a lumberyard, a barstool... and an acoustic guitar. Raised on a farm in rural Indiana and having spent several formative years as a lumberjack, he's worked with his hands his whole life -- breaking cattle, cutting trees, and crushing beer cans.
Now a city boy with a sordid past, he uses his acoustic guitar and wry wit to share stories of the countryside. Backed by The Tinstars (Matthew McCarty, Kelly McTague & Chris Stahly), RC spins tales of horses who will care for your family forever and women who will steal your heart while drinking you under the table.
Life is a long and bumpy road. And while RC & The Tinstars won't lead you down the straight and narrow, you can bet you'll have good stories to share when you get there.
