Biography
Stevens Mill has not been so much about “evolution” as it has “devolution”. Veteran singer/songwriter and ex-rocker Rob Webster has focused on his acoustic side now for over ten years. His unique syncopations and signature licks have built a strong following in the Charlotte area. Calling on friends Master Fiddler Glen Alexander, percussionist Fingers Loelius and Bassist, Bob Blickman to form what is now Stevens Mill. The “devolution” has continued as the band has focused on all acoustic instrumentation augmented by occasional electronic percussion.
In short, strong songs with mind bending instrumentals make for one hell of a show. Stevens Mill has both!
