Artist Information Biography The StickBottle Band plays funky rock, infused with a little personality. They're a force of nature, with their saucy and unrelenting brand of music. Its sassy, in your face and raw, everything rock music has been missing for decades. The StickBottle Band began in basements of College Park, Maryland as childhood friends Jason Budman and Josh Klein began to play music at drunken gatherings. More people joined their jam sessions to form the original group, StickBottle. With Adam Soffrin, Nick Hitchens, and Scott Killick, the 5some recorded twice over a period of a few years. As Josh went to Boston to make some connections for the band, the original line-up faded, but the music they wrote and their message was never lost..... The line-up now includes members from Josh Klein & Friends (JK&F), a group of improvisors fronted by guitarist/vocalist, Josh Klein. As Klein moved around the country to play shows, attend music programs and meet good people along the way, it was inevitable that he would meet the incredible musicians who now share the stage and studio with him. Four separate albums of improvised work come from JK&F, and after teaming up with college buddies, Jake Bartfield, Jesse Beagle and Rob Laff, the StickBottle Band is unstoppable. Your average StickBottle performance includes, but is not limited to the following: -Unrelenting rock and roll, -Heartfelt conversations about body odor, -StickBottle dancing lessons, -And some damn good fun!
