Biography
Humor: not exactly a 'standard 'part of the acoustic singer/songwriter vocabulary.
I write what makes me laugh: relationships, modern society and life as a babyboomer.
Musical Influences:Beatles, Arlo Guthrie, Loudon Wainwright III, Steve Goodman, Weird Al Yankovic ,Groucho Marx.
I have received airplay on local and national radio, and since 2008 on Sirius/XM Satellite Radio's "Laugh USA". Since 2001, Drew Jacobs and Swingbatter have regularly apeared on the Nationally Syndicated "Dr. Demento Radio show.  I have been performing as a solo acoustic singer/songwriter since 2005. Highlights include:
Summer 2006-Northeast Country Music Association Songwriter Roundtable at The Saratoga County Fair.
2007 -Featured artist at the NECMA Songwriter's Workshop Showcase.
2008- Featured Artist at the Columbia Arts Team Songwriters Showcase.
2008 -Featured Artist at the NECMA Songwriter's Festival
2009- 30 minute interview/performance featured on Crumbs Cafe on WEXT 97.7 FM
