Biography
From Richmond, Virginia, Mozely Rose has been rockin’’ large audiences for more than six years. The band’s music is a product of its country and blues, funk, and especially rock-and-roll influences.
After parting ways in a mutual agreement from their former record label, Mozely Rose has set out to take full control of their own future. Successfully creating a buzz in Richmond through affiliations like Southside Speedway, Mozely Rose has airplay from Mainline Broadcasting and local Indie Radio stations.
Released Spring of 2007, the band’s second album demonstrates their roots. Harmonic leads and rhythms, soulful lyrics and vocals, and a tight pocket crunch allow this group of guys to satisfy any taste of music through its “Outlaw Rock” style.
Radio
Mozely Rose has received airplay on mainstream and indie radio in Richmond: 93.1 The Wolf, 102.1 The X, 97.5 Charlottesville, and 97.3 Richmond indie radio. College radio and indie radio stations nationally have also been picking up Mozely Rose. Hundreds of copies of The New Brew have been sold in Germany, Italy, France, and Belgium due to increasing radio spins in Europe.
Mozely Rose #7 Car- Mozely Rose was Southside Speedway’s entertainment of the 2007 season (“Fastest Short Track in the South” in Midlothian VA, home to Denny Hamlin, cap. 4000+). By playing in front of thousands each race, we reached new listeners each time.
