Paula won a slot in the top 3 bands in the 2012 International Blues Challenge(100's competed). She is also the Monterey Blues Festival 2012 Battle of the Bands winner.  William Bell (Stax Records/WC Handy Award Recipient) describes Paula as "One of the finest modern blues voices around"
