Roldan’s Duo was born in Milwaukee in the spring of 2005. Their founders Ana Ruth Bermudez, and Rene Izquierdo are Cuban natives that studied at the “Amadeo Roldan” Conservatory of Music in Habana, Cuba, hence the name for the duo honoring the great Cuban musician.
