Huauchinango, Pue. The band Eslabon from Puebla joined efforts with the Youth Orchestra of the Puebla Conservatory to perform as similar as possible the music of John, Paul, George and Ringo.
“Can´t buy me love”, ¨”Let it be”, “Yellow Submarine” and “Something” were some of the songs heard during that beautiful evening. During an hour in which the public came close again to the music that hit the sixties.
Congratulations to Marco Quintana, member of Eslabon for having the idea of bringing this show to town, one that has been proved successful in other cities.

Bio
Eslabon are a Rock-Pop band from Puebla , Mexico. It is formed by Marco Quintana (Rhythm guitar and vocals), Carlos Franco (bass and vocals), Jesus Quecholac (lead guitar and vocals) and Victor Illarramendi (drums). This has been the basic group formation for two years. In 2006 they recorded and released independently their first album called Rock-Pop, the album includes 3 covers and 9 original compositions. The album was recorded at the band´s studio. And three of the numbers can be heard at www.myspace.com/eslabonrock. The album is sold through www.cdbaby.com/eslabon, i-tunes among other digital music distribution sites. The group has recently released four new songs which are an advance of their project on course.
Eslabon has played in a variety of venues and outdoor festivals in the cities of Puebla, Mexico City, Orizaba and all of the state of Puebla. They had performed with famous artists such as Kenny y los Electricos y el grupo Morsa. They also performed a show called “Beatles Sinfonico” where they sang 12 songs of the Beatles together with a Symphonic Orchestra. They have also played with orchestra on tributes to other artists such as Queen and the Bee Gees. Eslabon has a video appearing in the main latin American music channels, the band has also played in several TV shows in central Mexico.
In addition to their talents on stage, they also write their own songs. They are now working on the production of their second CD which will contain Rock, Pop and Ballad. For this project they chose Javier Montiel, a Grammy nominated classical musician as their producer, the CD will be released by the first semester of 2009.
