The Opportunity
This free, one-day event takes place at high noon in the heart of the University of Michigan campus. Over 12,000 people attended this event last year to take in the day's festivities and see bands play on the main stage. This is the premiere pro-marijuana concert event of the year in Michigan.
The Monroe Street Fair Hash Bash Festival is one of the oldest pro-marijuana legalization events in the United States. The crowd assembles on Monroe Street to celebrate the increasing success of the hard work of many groups and individuals effecting changes that ultimately lead to safer communities.
