The Opportunity

This 5-day music blowout features 5 stages offering live music and workshops to diverse audiences from the world. The festival celebrates diversity in music and features local, regional and national performers in genres including world, jazz, classical, electronic and contemporary.

This year's fest will be held from Nov. 4th to Nov. 8th in 5 different venues of London, like the reputed Jazz Cafe, Rich Mix, Oslo, Redbridge Town Hall and St. Ethelburgas. The festival will continue to provide exciting and affordable entertainment for all ages and musical tastes, plus a variety of food.

Nordic Raga, Peny Papanikonstantinou, Mosaic, Project 12, Hariharan Ravi

The Band

  • LIAF books an eclectic mix of music including English folk, Serbian jazz, Mexican electronica, Balkan beat and more
  • European artists and touring US acts preferred

The Gig

Details

  • More established bands will receive a better time slot
  • 50 minute set
  • Indoors
  • Sound and lighting provided
  • Sound engineer provided
  • Backline provided
  • Special sound requirements must be sorted out in advance
Additional Compensation Details:
  • Compensation provided only to more established acts (negotiated at time of booking)
  • All performers will receive lodging
  • Some expenses like food and local travel will also be covered for the day of the show
  • Artists may sell merchandise and keep 85% of the revenue
  • Guest passes provided
  • Artist lounge for bands on day of performance
