The 2015 Hamilton Music & Film Festival is looking for 10 Sonicbids artists to perform at their 8th Annual band competition in Hamilton, Ontario. Selected acts compete for prizes and may sell merch on site.
The Opportunity
The 8th Annual Hamilton Music & Film Festival (HMFF) is a 3-day festival that brings over 500 attendees, and screens films and videos in between performance sets from live bands. Both bands and filmmakers are evaluated by industry professionals throughout the duration of the festival, and winners are chosen at the end of each day. The top 10 bands selected will compete for prizes. The event takes place at This Ain't Hollywood, a 275-cap live music venue and rock 'n' roll bar located in the infamous McKenzie House in the North End of Hamilton, Ontario.

- The overall winner from each night will receive an episode on HeartstringsTV.com, including 2 live videos from a location of the band's choosing
- Every band selected for the main competition will receive a pass to all events
