Hard Rock Cafe Nashville books artists at least 4 months in advance. For private events and Hard Rock corporate events, there is an outright purchase and guarantee. For general performances, tickets are sold at $10 each; $200 goes to the sound engineer, and the evenings performers would keep anything after that. The typical set length is about 45 minutes.
There is a full backline at the venue. The live space can hold anywhere from 250-500, depending on the seating arrangement. A local draw is also strongly preferred, but is not necessarily required.
