The Opportunity
Party on the Plaza is a free, public music series in Baltimore that runs every weekend from Memorial Day through Labor Day. It is held at the Avenue at White Marsh, with 500-800 attendees each week.
This community music series has been successfully managed by Head-On Entertainment, Inc. for 10+ years. The series proudly represents a very cultural mix of music and primarily features original, local and regional artists (sometimes a national headliner passing through town).

The All Mighty Senators, Kelly Bell, Donegal X-Press, Raining Jane, Gregg Hatza, Runba Club, Mama Jama, The Crawdaddies
The Band
Required:
- Full bands only; no solo acts
- No top 40 cover bands
- Local and nationally touring acts (limited number of touring acts selected)
- Americana, reggae, celtic, zydeco, roots, African, salsa, funk, folk, rock, blues, country, indie
The Gig
- Set lengths are typically 1.5 hours
- Time slot 7:00 - 8:30 PM
- Sound and lights provided
- Outdoor stage
- No backline provided
