Summary
Boxerfest is looking for 7 Sonicbids artists to play their annual concert and pet festival. Artists will be able to sell merchandise on site and will receive hospitality.
The Opportunity
Boxerstock is a family-friendly concert/pet festival benefiting Atlanta Boxer Rescue. In addition to the incredible lineup of musicians, there will be children's activities, food trucks, canine demonstrations, a silent auction, and more. Last year's event had roughly 2000 patrons in attendance. Well-behaved dogs of all sizes and breeds are welcome on leash and may also roam free in the Boxerstock Off-Leash Dog Parks.
Atlanta Boxer Rescue is dedicated to the rescue and adoption of Boxers in the metropolitan-Atlanta area, providing support and education for Boxer owners. ABR is operated and managed by a group of dedicated volunteers and funded by adoption fees, fundraisers, and gifts from generous donors. Atlanta Boxer Rescue, Inc., is 501c3 non-profit organization.
The Band
- Open to a wide variety of genres
- Bands will be chosen by a committee based on overall talent, likeability, fanbase, marketability, self-marketing history and family-friendly music
The Gig
- 30-minute set
- Backline drumset and professional sound engineers will be provided
- Selected bands may sell merchandise at the event and may request a tax receipt
- Artists will be included on marketing materials such as promotional flyers, posters, t-shirts, and more
- Artists will also be provided with guest passes and gift bags, as well as access to the performer hospitality tent
