Old Settler's Music Festival is booking 1 Sonicbids artist for their event April 16th-19th.  Selected act will be compensated.

The Opportunity

Old Settler’'s Music Festival is a Central Texas’ signature event. The festival features about 30 bands on four stages as well as performance workshops from many of the festival musicians and hosts 17,000 people throughout the weekend. The 2015 festival will be held April 16-19th. On Thursday there is a “Settle In” show at the campground, while Friday and Saturday feature three stages at the Salt Lick Pavilion, and Sunday closes the event with a gospel band, followed by eclectic mix of festival artists.

Sponsors Include:
Lone Star Bank, Collings Guitars, KUTX-FM, KDRP-Sun Radio, Sierra Nevada

The Band

  • All ages encouraged to submit
  • Roots, Americana and folk only (includes some forms of bluegrass, blues, jam bands, folk, country, gospel)
  • Bands are preferred over solo acts

  • Professional sound and lighting provided
  • One campground stage and 3 covered stages at Salt Lick Pavilion

  • Compensation determined at the time of booking
  • Artist retains 80% of merch sales after Texas states sales tax
