The Opportunity
Plaid Dog Recording is a creative, boutique recording studio owned and operated by Producer Mike Davidson. Located in the heart of Allston's up-and-coming Union Square, the studio is a fixture in the Boston music scene.
The studio is designed with the live band in mind. Each of the three different recording rooms are isolated and connected by line of sight, allowing bands to play together comfortably without sacrificing quality.
Bands will be evaluated based on their talent, fan base and on their vision for using the awarded time to its fullest value. Plaid Dog's goal in offering free studio time is to create more opportunities for talented musicians to make quality recordings for their community.
