Join student buyers and their advisers from colleges and as they come to preview live performances and discuss potential bookings. NACA Northern Plains will feature student activities planners from Montana, Wyoming, Wisconsin, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.

What's required?

1. Submissions are due by 11:59 PM ET, December 30, 2013.


2. Artists that are being submitted must have a current NACA membership or be represented by an NACA member.


3. Annual NACA Membership fees range from $240-$774. Full details here.


4. NACA members submitting artists to showcase must also purchase an exhibit booth for the event ($286)

Your submission is not complete until membership and exhibit booth payment has been submitted to NACA. Thats right. These additional payments must be submitted no later than the December 17, 2013 deadline. Your agent (if you have one) may have already submitted membership and exhibit payment; please check with them BEFORE you submit your showcase application. If membership and booth payment is not submitted to NACA by you or your agent your submission will not be reviewed and you will forfeit your $90 submission fee. You will also receive this information in your auto-confirmation email once your on-line submission is received.

After you submit a selection committee consisting of student talent buyers and professional staff from a variety of colleges and universities will meet for several days to review all applications. Showcase selection results will be announced on the NACA Web site no later than January 15, 2014.

Within two weeks of selection notification artists must submit a $295 showcase performance fee. Selected artists receive all access badges to the event for the day of their performance.
