Opened in 1961, The Bitter End is New York City's oldest rock club. They are seeking bands to perform at this legendary venue. They book two months in advance and bands must have at least a 50-person draw. Compensation is based on the door.
The club books mostly rock-based bands but will consider most genres with the exception of hardcore, metal, rap or jazz. Bands are paid a percentage of the door, and some slots pay a guarantee. The Bitter End is an 18+ venue, and sets are generally 45 minutes to an hour.
Please note: Bands MUST have an established NYC draw (35 people minimum). If you do not have a draw of at least 35 in New York, please do not submit.
