The
Great American Song Contest is a highly respected annual songwriting event that features prestigious awards. There are $10,000 in prizes and 45 winners in 9 different categories, including $1,000 cash going to the Grand Prize winner.
Judges in the 10th Annual Great American Song Contest include prominent music publishers, producers, recording artists and Grammy-nominated songwriters.
All entrants have the option to receive written evaluations of their songs from the contest judges.
Some of the many prominent judges include: Pat Pattison (songs recorded by Kathy Mattea, Emmy Lou Harris, Alison Krauss), Pete Anderson (Grammy winner, songs recorded by Dwight Yoakam, Sheryl Crow, Roy Orbison), Tim Coons (producer of the Backstreet Boys, worked with Matchbox 20, NSYNC), Pamela Phillips-Oland (songs recorded by Whitney Houston, Brian Adams, Rebe

Songwriters, composers, artists and bands everywhere are invited to submit original songs and music.
