Jess Hieser

Jess Hieser (BMus/BTeach) is a professional musician, multi-instrumentalist and exceptionally talented singer songwriter. She recently won 3 international music awards for Best Song and Best Video with The Akademia Music Awards in California. Jess also won Best Song for the title track of her debut EP ‘Meaning of Life’. Her music is currently receiving international airplay.

Jess has extensive experience in musical performance both classically and as a singer songwriter. She gained scholarship entry into the Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School, receiving intensive musical training from Year 7 to Year 12. She later graduated from Melbourne University with a Double Bachelor in Music and Teaching. Jess Hieser is the founder and manager of the Songwriters Collective, an organisation that creates regular performance opportunities for exceptionally talented songwriters, and provides performance support to newly emerging artists.

With an impressive vocal range and insightful lyrics, Jess delivers her unique songs with powerful stage presence. Her music takes you on a journey both mystical and real, exploring themes of freedom, love, and humanity.
