KOLA BIOGRAPHY
Kola is known by the name of Shamika Mosley. Jackson is Kola’s maiden name. She was born in Norfolk VA on 1 Oct 1984 and lived there until the age of nine years old. Then Shamika and her family moved to Meridian, MS where she remained until she grew to be a grown young lady. Shamika is in the United States Army. She enjoyed participating in a lot of activities in school especially the chorus. Shamika always has been full of energy and inspiration her entire life with music, both singing and writing. That is what set Shamika aside from everyone as a young girl and as a young woman.
While growing up Shamika always joined in on any competition she could get her hands on and always successful to either play 3rd place or better. Shamika is a natural performer; once she got on the stage nothing could stop her from pulling others into her talent. Shamika is a great singer and writes on a very mature level. Shamika’s music that she writes is to get out to all the fellas and ladies. Shamika love to connect with the two when writing and not just one.
When it comes to what she has for the music industry, she has a lot of gifted talent. Kola(Shamika) has her first album completed already and is working on her 2nd album. When it comes to writing a song, Shamika writes with of with out an instrumental. Shamika can write a total of 10 out songs in one day. If you play a beat from the top of her head she gives skills of writing. Shamika dictionary is truly on her tongue and will not be for gotten. Shamika moves like an energizer battery, she keep going, going, and going. Shamika also have skills with singing her vocals in an odd but catchy way to draw and audience. Then she put her dancing skills along with that and the world always has a hot performance.
When it comes to hard work, Shamika most definitely gives a 110% non stop. It’s never a time when there is doubt. Shamika was born to be a part of this music life.
