Langerado Music Festival is moving to the magic city. This 3-day event featuring the biggest and best bands in the country will now be held at Bicentennial Park in Miami, Florida. This year's event will be held March 6-8, 2009.

The festival features a mix of everything from rock to reggae, from jazz to hip-hop, from electronica to indie rock and everything in between. Over 80 nationally recognized, touring bands perform to a rabid audience hungry for the best live bands performing today.

There is one performance slot reserved for a Sonicbids artist to officially open the 2009 festival. The artist selected for this performance slot will receive $500 plus food/hospitality.

Performers at this year's Langerado Music Festival include: Death Cab for Cutie, Snoop Dogg, Modest Mouse, Thievary Corpartion, Slightly Stoopid, Ryan Adams and the Cardinals, Dashboard Confessional, The Pogues, Matisyahu, Flogging Molly, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Broken Social Scene, Cafe Tacuba, Umphrey's McGee, The Disco Biscuits, Robert Randolph & the Family Band, Pepper, The Faint, Cold War Kids, Steel Pulse, Public Enemy, Girl Talk, Tricky, Gym Class Heroes, Chromeo, Mute Math, Against Me!, Deerhunter and more.

Previous performers include: Beastie Boys, R.E.M., Phil Lesh & Friends, 311, Widespread Panic, Trey Anastasio, The Black Crowes, Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals, Wilco, The Flaming Lips, The String Cheese Incident, O.A.R., Cake, moe., Matisyahu, G.
