Old Pasadena Management and Pasadena Playhouse District are booking 6 Sonicbids artists to play on one of the 5 main stages at the 2016 Make Music Pasadena in June 11. 2 selected artists will be compensated $400 and all 6 artists will be featured in the festival's official press!
The Opportunity
Make Music Pasadena is the largest free music festival in California with an expected attendance of 50,000 people and 150 free performances. The event takes place on Saturday, June 11, in downtown Pasadena with over 30 venues celebrating the spirit of music.
Make Music Pasadena is the only free music festival in California that hosts seasoned performers alongside of emerging talent. The event, now in its 8th year, has garnered media attention from over 80 print, TV, radio and web outlets reaching an audience of over 80 million. In addition, it has attracted coverage from LA Times, La Opinion, LA Weekly, 89.9 KCRW, Filter Magazine, Pasadena Weekly, Music Connection, and many more.

Details:

- Outdoor performance
- Backline varies depending on stage
- Sound and lighting specs depend on stage
- 2 of the 6 selected artists will receive $400 compensation
- All selected acts will be included in official press for the festival
- Some stages will have backstage artist area with food/drink
- Artists may sell merchandise and keep 100% of revenue
