The Milky Way Lounge & Lanes in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts is one of Metro-Boston’s premier Live Music Venues. Our programming reflects the diversity of our clientele and of the Jamaica Plain neighborhood. We have a calendar that is flexible and open to many different types of music. We are primarily using these submissions for programming on Friday and Sunday nights.
Performers like Mango Blue, Hybrasil, Mary Timony, Either/Orchestra, Thaddeus Hogarth and many others have gained the Milky Way the reputation of having some of the best live acts in the city gracing its stage.
The Milky Way Lounge & Lanes is a one-of-a-kind blend of retro and sci-fi, outer space and basement. Our bowling alley features seven lanes with the original 1950s wooden ball returns, hunter green bowling benches and peach scoring tables. There is a pool table and the "Alley Cat" corner defined by soft couches and a sparkling bead-curtain.
Compensation is available but will vary depending on the artist, the night and the show.
