International Songwriting Competition Announces Online Submissions Through Sonicbids

Second Annual ISC to Feature Distinguished Panel of Judges

July 18, 2003-- The International Songwriting Competition has announced that it has elected to make Sonicbids the preferred online submission platform for the 2003 contest. The second annual competition will feature new categories, new judges and over $100,000 in cash and prizes.

The International Songwriting Competition is designed to give both amateur and professional songwriters the opportunity to get their music heard by a wide range of industry professionals. The contest also promotes and nurtures creativity and quality in the craft of songwriting. Submissions to the contest are judged on a variety of criteria, including originality, lyrics, melody, creativity and composition. Winners of the Second Annual International Songwriting Competition will also be part of a promotional campaign intended to provide international publicity and awareness to their song craft. In addition, winners will be featured on the ISC Compilation CD to be distributed to industry insiders including A&R representatives, publishing firms, and media outlets.
