Through this partnership, Sonicbids will have the opportunity to work with over 125 blues societies affiliated with the foundation as well as their individually held events. "Our partnership with the Blues Foundation is something we are very excited about," said Panos Panay, Founder & CEO of Sonicbids. "Not only will we give blues artists the fastest and easiest way to submit to the IBC, but we will be able to offer an increasing number of opportunities for our members in the blues genre as this partnership grows - and we begin working with the blues societies affiliated with the Blues Foundation." The IBC enters its 21st year in 2005 as the nation’s biggest and most respected showcase for "undiscovered" Blues talent. The 21st IBC will be held February 3-5, 2005. "We appreciate the opportunity to partner with Sonicbids to take online submissions for the International Blues Challenge because streamlining the submission process will give us more time to focus on preparing for the event," said Jay Sieleman, Director of Administration, The Blues Foundation.
