Songsalive! CD Sampler 12

Songsalive!, the largest internationally based non-profit organization supporting, promoting and educating songwriters and composers, has created CD Samplers since 1997 as a platform to showcase songwriters and their songs to the world. Every year, our CD samplers have attracted songwriters from the four corners of the globe.



It's all about the songwriter and the song

• Exposure of great songwriting talent and songs to the world's music markets


• A way for songwriters and the music industry to connect directly with no middleman


• A unique promotion of independent songwriters seeking placement of their songs, rather than 'artists' seeking fame.

The CD Sampler will be distributed to film and television music supervisors, radio stations, print media, music conferences, music industry executives and promoted online throughout North America, Europe and Asia. Selected artists will be included and named on the Songsalive.org
website, with interviews and reviews. The CD will be for promotional use only.



There will be a maximum participation / production fee required of $250 for selected artists who are not PRO members of Songsalive! Current Songsalive! Pro Members pay the discount of $180. If you wish to join and become a Songsalive! Pro member before submitting go to: Songsalive.org

Requirements:

• Applicants must be a songwriter or co-songwriter of the song.


• Mp3s can be uploaded to the application but the final track (if selected) must be delivered completely professionally mastered by WAV or AIFF.


• All genres accepted and both songs (with vocals) and instrumentals are welcome.


• Song must be no more than 4:20 mins. in length. Any songs longer than this length will not be considered.
