Hey Guy Productions will provide a basic, flat license fee to any artist whose material is used in the production of the DVD, all related media, and advertising, and will
compensate the artist $500 per track used. Artists will also receive full screen credit and a DVD copy of the film when completed. Selected artists will also receive
performance royalties for any broadcast or theatrical release. Should Hey Guy Productions opt to produce a soundtrack from the film, artists chosen through submissions on Sonicbids shall have preference, and will receive appropriate
royalties for albums or CDs sold.

Hey Guy Productions music supervisor Jeremy Ruzumna is a
Grammy Award-nominated songwriter and musician for Macy Gray, Joss Stone, Rod Stewart and Beck, and will be reviewing all submissions. He most recently scored the short film A Midsummer Night’s Rewrite and the national commercial campaign for Bratz® dolls collection.
Artists must own all publishing rights and the master of the material to submit. Surprise, Surprise is currently targeted for the festival circuit in mid-2007, followed by DVD distribution.
