Bio
With a love for melodies from the 60's through the 90's, Gary has been writing music since high school and a past member of Detroit's own 80's power pop band Starfire. As a singer/songwriter, Gary is truly inspired to write original music from his deep Detroit musical roots for the enjoyment of his audience.
With a demand to hear & perform more original material, Gary released two CD's one in 2003 and a second one in 2009 called "Livin' In The City".
Gary also performs every year at the International Pop Overthrow Festival held in downtown Detroit lauding "PowerPop original music. As a singer/songwriter, Gary has written over 50 songs and working toward a third CD in 2017.
His performances also includes various art fairs, festivals and restaurants. In 2016, Gary has performed at the Farmington Farmer's Market, Trenton Summerfest, Ann Arbor Art Fair, Michigan State Fair, Clinton Township's Festival of Senses and other venues in the Metro Detroit Area.
